Principles for processing personal data

HTMK Solutions AB  (hereinafter HTMK) has set as a goal to be a reliable partner in the processing and protection of its customers' personal data, based on the law and the customer's rights. The principles for processing personal data describe the collection, use, transfer, publication and storage of the customer's personal data.

1. Concept

1.1. Controls. A natural or legal person who alone or together with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.
1.2. Authorized processor. A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of HTMK (time keeping service provider, data system administrators and developers).
1.3. Personal information. All information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.4. Processing of personal data. All activities with personal data (collection, storage, storage, modification, access, request, use, transfer and destruction of personal data).
1.5. Client. Any natural or legal person who uses or has expressed a desire to use HTMK's services.
1.6. Services. Services provided by HTMK and related activities.

2. General regulations

2.2. Principles for the processing of personal data are intended to ensure the security and protection of customers' personal data in order to protect them from unlawful use of personal data.
2.3. When processing personal data, HTMK is based on the law and data is collected to the extent necessary for high quality and best service for customers in the services offered by HTMK.
2.4.By expressing his desire to become a customer, the customer hereby consents to the processing of his personal data under the conditions specified in the principles.
2.5.HTMK can use authorized processors (e.g. provider of timing services) to process personal data. In such cases, HTMK is responsible for data processors processing personal data according to HTMK's instructions and in accordance with applicable law and taking appropriate security measures.

3. For what purpose and what personal data is processed

3.1. HTMK processes personal data that has become known about the customer using HTMK services or when registering a person as a customer with HTMK.
3.2.The personal data processed by HTMK is the customer's information about the activities connected to the consumption of services and the provision of services.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • fulfill obligations to customers in relation to the provision of services;

  • inform customers of important information about the provision of services;

  • fulfill the obligations arising from the EV legislation.

4. Use of personal data

4.1.With the help of collected personal data, we inform the customer about news and campaigns via e-mail, if the customer has given his consent.
4.2.The customer has the right at any time to refuse said offers or to send surveys by notifying HTMK e-mail address info@htmk.se

5. Security and Data Access

5.1.Personal data is stored in HTMK databases and servers located within the territory of a member state of the European Union.
5.2.HTMK implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification or unauthorized access and disclosure.
5.3.Access to personal data is available to HTMK employees who are aware of the principles of protection of personal data and the obligation to keep them confidential, and are responsible in the event of a breach of the above-mentioned obligations.
5.4.HTMK employees have the right to process the customer's personal data only for the performance of work tasks.
5.5.The customer's personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless the need to disclose the data arises in connection with the provision of the HTMK service (contractual partners such as a provider of timing services), if the obligation follows from law or if the to which the data belongs gives permission for this.

5.6.HTMK Solutions AB takes all reasonable measures to protect the processed personal data. HTMK Solutions AB is not responsible for third-party access to devices under the User's own control, the Internet and its security.

6. Access to, correction and concealment of personal data

6.1.If the customer considers that the processing of his personal data is not permitted according to legislation or the principles of personal data protection, he has the right to demand that the processing cease, be disclosed and/or gain access to his personal data.
6.2.HTMK processes personal data as long as the goals for personal data processing are achieved or obligations arising from legislation are fulfilled.

7. Dispute resolution

7.1.The customer has the right to contact HTMK via e-mail info@htmk.se in the event of a question, request or complaint relating to the processing of personal data.
7.2.The customer has the right to submit a complaint to HTMK, the Data Protection Inspectorate or the court if the customer believes that his rights have been violated in the processing of personal data.

8. Terms and changes to the privacy policy

8.1.By using the website for HTMK Solutions AB, you have read and accepted these principles and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms of the privacy policy, if necessary, by notifying all related parties.

9. Cookies
